By accessing or using Teridox services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Teridox provides web development, mobile app development, licensed software sales, and AI integration services. Service details, scope, and pricing will be agreed upon in a written contract or proposal before work begins.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing required information, materials, and access in a timely manner, delivering feedback within agreed timeframes, and ensuring that content provided does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Payment
Payment is made according to the schedule agreed upon in the contract. Late payments may result in work delays. Teridox reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not made within the stipulated timeframe.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights over custom-built deliverables will be transferred to the client. Teridox retains rights to tools, frameworks, and third-party components used in development.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation applies throughout the contract period and for two years after its termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Teridox's liability is limited to the agreed contract value. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled through the applicable legal channels in Indonesia.
